Sase Gunraj is an Attorney-at-Law and our Managing Partner. He holds a Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Guyana. Prior to the study of law, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology.

Sase was admitted to the Guyana bar in 2006 and has been engaged continuously in private practice ever since. While his early years set a solid foundation in Civil and Commercial Litigation and Land Law, he has delivered results across a wide spectrum of legal areas in both contentious and non-contentious matters. In more recent years, the demand for more corporate legal services has widened his areas of expertise to cater to dynamic needs.

Mr. Gunraj manages a team of legal and administrative professionals while maintaining a hands-on approach to the firm's matters, ensuring individualised attention to clients' interests.

Outside of the office, Mr. Gunraj has served as a Commissioner of the Guyana Elections Commission for over a decade and on several state boards. He participated in and headed several Electoral Observation Missions in the Caribbean and South America.

Jayaram A. Sanasie is an Attorney-at-Law.

He holds a Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Guyana.

Jayaram was admitted to practise in and before the Courts of Guyana in all its jurisdictions on the 13th October, 2025 and has been in private practice ever since.
